Do I need the WhatsApp Business app or the WhatsApp Business Platform?
The free WhatsApp Business app covers a catalogue, quick replies and away messages. Fuller automation, such as chatbots or connecting to Google Sheets and payment links, needs the WhatsApp Business Platform. We’ll recommend the simplest option that does the job.
Will I keep my current WhatsApp number?
Usually, yes. Depending on the setup, there can be limits on using the same number in the regular WhatsApp app at the same time. We’ll explain the options for your number before anything changes.
Does WhatsApp charge for automated messages?
Meta may charge for some messages sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform, depending on the message type. We’ll explain the current costs for your use before you commit.
Will this replace my staff?
